I was able to cancel without any real problems, it just took a bit longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, but I was kind of waiting around thinking it would be quicker..

I ordered the wrong size and they swapped it out quickly, well, actually, I think I just picked the wrong one to begin with. Either way, support was friendly and made the whole thing easy.

I found what I was looking for on foreverlux, and it was nice to see that most of the items seemed to be in stock. One perfume I really wanted was sold out, which was a little disappointing, but there were still plenty of other options to choose from. I’m price-conscious when shopping for fragrances, so I appreciated being able to compare options and find something that felt worth it. Checkout was quick and easy too. I’d give it 4 stars since the stock wasn’t perfect, but overall it was a good experience.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but the points seem to expire way too fast. I feel like I barely have time to use them before they’re gone, which is frustrating. I get that there has to be some limit, but does anyone else think the expiration window should be longer?

One item was missing from my order, which was a little frustrating at first, but they got back to me really quickly. They sent the missing item out, and while it did take a bit, they handled it well. Overall, I'm happy with it, happy with the service, and would order again.

"Pretty easy checkout, but a little clunky"
Shopping on foreverlux was mostly fine. I found what I was looking for without much trouble, and my payment went through okay. That said, the checkout page did seem to load slowly at one point, and I had to look over the shipping info twice because it wasn’t totally clear at first. So overall, not a bad experience, but I do feel like it could be a bit smoother.

To be fair, support did eventually reply and help me out, but I had to follow up twice before hearing back. I understand teams get busy, but it would’ve felt a lot better if they had responded a bit sooner or at least acknowledged my message

the refund process took a lot longer than I expected. I kept checking for updates and waiting around, but it was just slow and frustrating. Not a great experience, and I don’t think I’d order again if getting my money back is going to take this long...

I did end up saving money, and thankfully there weren’t any real issues with the service itself. That said, I kind of felt ignored at times when I had questions, like I had to follow up more than I should have. Overall it worked out, but the communication could’ve been better

I ordered from foreverlux from outside the US and everything arrived just fine. The tracking worked for most of the trip, though there were a few days with no updates, so I did get a little worried for a bit. Thankfully, the package showed up safely and the product was exactly what I expected. Overall, I’m happy with the order and would buy from them again, just probably not if I needed something in a hurry

I picked up a couple of fragrances from foreverlux, and honestly... they smelled good when I first sprayed them!! Not too overpowering or anything, and they were close to what I was expecting. But the staying power was just okay for me??? After a few hours, I could barely smell it anymore. Not terrible at all, just kind of average overall!!

"Good prices and the discount helped"
I ended up ordering from foreverlux.com because the discount was better than what I found on a few other sites. Since the deal brought the price down, the purchase felt a lot more worth it.

I was a little unsure at first because I hadn’t ordered from them before, but everything went smoothly. Because there were no issues, I felt good about the order overall.

For the money I saved, I’m happy with how it turned out. I’d probably check this site first next time before buying somewhere else.

"Wish the Packaging Had Been Better"
The order showed up on time and the item itself was totally fine, so I can’t complain too much. Still, I was a little disappointed to see the outer box had a small dent on one side. Nothing was broken or leaking, thankfully, but I do wish the packaging had been a bit sturdier to avoid that.

I ordered from foreverlux.com and the shipping was faster than I expected. I got the tracking info quickly, and the package even arrived before the estimated delivery date. Maybe they have a warehouse close to me or just got it out the door right away, I’m not sure, but it was a nice surprise. Everything was packed well too, with nothing leaking, broken, or smashed. Overall, I’m happy it came fast and didn’t turn into a hassle
